Okay so....I'm on Mark DeCarlo's discord and this morning I misunderstood one announcement saying it was "Mommy Neutron's" birthday...only for that to really mean one user on there, so I thought I would do this picture as a tribute and...well, I already drew it, so just have it as is anyway.I recall Hugh Neutron having that cute nickname for Judy "Sugar Booger" and...you could say this is yet another lookback to my childhood, where I imagined Gir from Invader Zim having a literal "Suger Booger". That or just a sugar cube and a booger separate but, he made his own sugar booger and tries giving it to Judy, only for her to feel disgusted. Not that I blame her anyway...
