Description
Well, shrikes indeed built differently compared to other songbirds (just look at the curved beak). This is the Great grey shrike (Lanius excubitor), a frequent winter guest in Hungary. Like many shrikes it mainly hunts smaller mammals like voles and mice.Hungary, 2022.10.26.
