just one of my exercises with oils, it's quite simple but it took me a lot of time, but making this one I could understand better this techinique.. yes, I know, it isn't a great work, but need to make practice!

No, it's so good! You should do more oils, their advantage is you can play around with them a lot since they dry slowly--but you have to wait ages to go over it without mixing the colors

there is so much sadness in the character's eyes, which creates a beautiful counter balance for the splashes of color. beautiful
