The Aperture Science Mythical Reptile Testing Initiative-- a long-forgotten project meant to test how subjects reacted to large robotic constructs of legendary inspiration roaming their testing environments. The project was dropped in favor of other more promising subjects-- namely combustible lemons-- but GLaDOS seems to have resurrected it as a way for her to more directly... 'observe' her experiments. I seem to think she built it in a hurry though, seeing as I used turret parts, old personality cores, and much of her old body to build it...perhaps the labs are in some sort of danger she has to get directly involved with. *Shrugs* Maybe, like most Aperture technologies, it has no real logic behind it.

I realized while redesigning her that I'm better at drawing robots than I thought; while I'm still not very good, I feel this is a major improvement over the first one. In that one, I covered a lot of her inner workings up, hiding the fact I couldn't draw them. Both versions are good, and both had about the same amount of thought put into them-- but in the end, this one is my favorite. I hope you like it too!
