The winglet sat down around a fairly large rock in the hills. Not all of them were there though, Atlantic and Rose went to hunt for better meals. Arapaima was probably still sleeping. So far, the Azurite winglet was the closest to being full.

Just a Sandwing left, Mockingbird thought hopefully. Bee was sitting in front of him, waiting for a reaction. It took a minute. Mockingbird went back to reality after spacing out, realizing the Hivewing hybrid was smiling a sarcastic, toothy grin at him.

"Huh, hey." He said, shying away from her eyes.

"Hey."

It was only a moment before Jaguar dashed in, screeching: JACKFRUIT!

After hacking away at the tough, horny fruit, Jaguar and Mockingbird started passing out pieces of the yellowy meat.

"Yeah, I can't wait either," blurted Stella, she was awful quiet since the arrival of the Nightwing hybrid.

"Oh oops, right, Mindreading," Mockingbird smiled."Coincidence, my Grandfather was a mindreader!"

Suddenly, Jaguar twisted his head to stare open-mouthed at Mockingbird.

"YOU are part NIGHTWING?" He gaped. "I did not know that!"

Oh, yeah, not much of him was quite Nightwing. Only a few features. Mockingbird nodded, then proceeded to point to the scales under his eyes. Then the black spots along his neck, then the peppery black and white spots on the ends of his wings. Jaguar inhaled.

"I thought you just had those! Ah Im stupid!" He laughed.

"MMMMMM! These are soo good!" Sakura moaned. She plucked another piece from the huge fruit, popping it into her mouth.

"Really, they're THAT good?" Maple asked, reaching for one. Mockingbird then grabbed one carefully and handed it out to Beewolf.

"Want one?" He offered. She stared at it curiously.

"Sure, it won't hurt," plucking it from his claws. She popped into her mouth.

And utter disgust spread on her face.

"Ug, that texture's weird, like a bananna. It tastes like... Pulled pork? Thats weird!" She chewed for a moment, and swallowed with a huge effort. Maple gazed at Bee with an unreadable expression, then took a small bite from the yellow chunk. Then proceeded to set the rest gently down on the rock. Stella tried one. She grabbed another. then thought about it and put it back.

"Heh, I guess it's not for everyone!" Sakura laughed.

"Yeah," replied Mockingbird. "That's more for us then!"
