Once upon a time...atop a mountain so far away...
there was a Forest--
with hearts of white marble bone,
and sap of purple pulsing blood.
Hidden inside was a Leopard--
with eyes of flawless turquoise jade
and a ruby embedded between eyebrows
like a drop of blood.
Some say,
the Forest grew from the Leopard's betrayed heart,
so the Forest and Leopard appear different
yet are One and the Same.
Others spread,
inside the first Tree that grew,
the Leopard's emotions are sealed
and fossilized to create a Heart of Treasure.
