In fact it's kinda complicated...
I happened to do the neutral mode before, but without killing Asgore... then I resetted because I wanted to do the Pacifist Run (PS: If you have gained no LOVE... is it the "True Pacifist Run"? lol I believed Sans would give you a key to his room... but nah. Or perhaps later, or...)

yeah, no LOVE > True Pacifist Run, only if you befriend Alphys
and yes, you have to reset 3 times in the hall of judgement after Sans talks to you XD he will give you a key to his room and a key for the back lab

Told ya xD you have to befriend Alphys, before you go to the core, in the bridge between the core and the Hotel, you will receive Undyne's call, then that will trigger the event with Alphys :3

Nah, just keep going, defeat Asgore and keep going, in the ending they'll tell you to "go make friends" you will arrive to your last save point and you can to the bridge for the Call ^^

I really love the overall concept behind this and it has a meaningful way about it. I've only seen the first episode of jacksepticeye play the game, so I haven't encountered Asriel just yet

Also, if he did absorb all those souls and became a god and tore down the barrier, he probably would've wiped out humanity
Because of that, i'm sorry to say that it's probably better if he stayed dead

jaja yo lo reseteé, pero volví a hacer el run en pacífista ... se pone MUCHO MAS dificil todo D: los ataques de los monstruos se cambian y así, aunque los bosses no cambiaron mucho, excepto la parte final, contra Flowey Photoshop, esa si, me morí el triple que la primera vez jajaja.

yo tuve que resetear mi primer run manualmente por que había matado al dummy del principio xD y luego lei que ni al dummy habia que pegarle y ya la había cagado xon mi ruta pacifista xD
