he's a black austrian victorian goth magician, living alone in his castle and only talking austrian german 9though he understands basic language spoken by everyone, he cannot speak and read it).
and those who are mostly similar are magicians of mainly space and color and it's normal for their race to have very similar appearance (it's not people's fault that they cannot differ them other way than by hair color ahah) Hairstyles are similar too because this long, messy way of holding hair is needed to concentrate magic from air
oh, and they are not dark magicians. Dark color/space ones exist in their race too, but these one are not (still bad boys though))
