Okay, I'm going to be less of a bitch this time talking to you as the initial internet butthurt caused by a random stranger has worn off. :
Skye: Shading is well done, although the lack of shading on the buckles contrast greatly compared to the careful shading on his face.
Vance: a little bright. I would suggest muting the hair color slightly, or muting the background. He and the background are competing for attention and although he's winning, you can do better (even though this was quickly done).
Lucien: my only real complaint is that the background looks like it's eating him.
Dead Bird: His design is the most interesting and catches the eye more. Being real nitpicky here, but his bright red markings might look better if his markings were shaded matching the shadows on his face.

They all have some kind of black animal on their shoulder? Skye and Dead Bird both have crows/ravens and both of them have X's on their eyes. Probably has nothing to do with a connection but you know, whatever. *shrugs* I tried.
