In honor of Tim Burton's 50th birthday, I drew this tribute to his first film, Vincent.
About the pic itself... I think the background of "real life" Vincent looks a little empty, but, well, it was kinda blank in the movie, too. And that monster-shadow-thingie didn't end up just like I wanted it to be, but it doesn't bother me too much.

It's from Vincent, a 6-minute stop motion animation Tim made in 1982, when he was still working in Disney. It's based on a poem of him. You can find it in YouTube, and I recommend you to watch it, it's really good!
