A praying mantis request for ~drakkenlupen based on the Animorphs books.This was quite challenging - first and foremost because it was very difficult to find a suitable photo of the mantis. 99% of pics I found were either too small res/low quality, didn't show the mantis from the right position or were copywrite.
Eventually I had to compromise and do a head-only morph.
Also, I am still not 100% convinced this was a stock photo - so if you come across this pic and it's actually yours and you don't want it here then i'm sorry and let me know!!

Praying mantises creep me out. Just look at them, they look like they belong inside Area 51 and Hangar 18, not in my backyard.

thanks!! yes, it was a bit of a strange and kinda difficult one to do! gonna try and do another one some day soon that includes the rest of the body - wanna see how it goes with human arms transforming into those big front claws.

I like it a lot! The colours work really well and actually you make the mantis look very curious!
