    Lions and leopards didn't get along, it was just how things were. Though it seemed Mwanzo's General, Hasnai, didn't know that or didn't care. After Meeting Mashika during a nigh time hunting, the large brute spent time with her every night, their secret.

They went from awkward incounter, to friends quickly. Still their secret remained, no one knowing that the two spent so much time together. Soon their freindship turned to something more one night and resulted in two mix matched cubs, Bashiri and Tii. The two were littered in faded spots and different features from their parents. Their Father loved them, regardless of what their existence could do to his reputation. Their Mother did the best she could with them, her weakened state after having them made it hard. What will the two grow up to be? WIll the sisters stay together or go separate ways in the end. Will Bashiri let her protectiveness of Tii keep her latched to her sister forever or will her own wants and goals lead her down a diffrent path. Leaving her weaker sister in the dust.

The choice is Bashiri's alone to make. Will life in the pride end up being her choice? Or will a life alone from the teasing words of others be a better choice..

Adolescent History:
Finding her own way in a confusing world, Bashiri continues to grow more like a lion. Taking more after her Father with each day in build and attitude. Still the bolder cub of the lipard litter Bashiri is starting to throw her weight around. Making sure to keep Tii safe she is spending more time learning to keep them both protect will trying to establish them a higher place in the pride. Mwiba's litter, "The Pale Ones" as she calls them continue to be more of an enemy then an ally. Themba is a constant rival she has to best, eventually she will have to put him in his place for good or make a friend of him.

Still her choice on what life she wants to live forever is unsure. Her drive to prove herself and take her Father's might overpower the judging words of the Mwanzo pride. Regardless there is a hunger there to excel and outwit her lion pridemates. As she grows day by day, a personality different then her parents begins to mold and take shape.
