Part 2 of the steps I use to CG.Note that all the tutorials I put up are made for mouse users. :3 But, tablet users are also welcome to try.
I'm not very good at explaining/pointing out things but if you wish for me to explain certain parts further, feel free to say so. (:

Haha, you have to trust your instinct, that part is a bit ambiguous to describe, since different people have different feelings to what looks good or not~ >"<;;;;;
So just keep practising and you will get the hang of it! XD;;
