He's got dragon blood and can summon them by blood sacrifice.

I enjoyed making him and his design is based off *Grin-Without-A-Cat 's given references with a few modifications and original designs such as his clothes and cape. I also like his eyes, orz sorry I couldn't do justice with the eye reference I made D: I hope the one I made is okay *sniffle*
