Surprisingly they barely censored ABC-Dragon Buster and A-to-Z-Dragon Buster Cannon in the TCG, so who knows?
The artworks for Temple of the Skulls and Frozen Soul aren't censored either. (The skulls featured in their artwork still have blood on them.)
