Assuming you only run 1 of each, the odds of you drawing them are low enough it probably wouldn't matter. Instead, you can search another "Destiny Board" and get 2 out, which doubles the speed of your Win condition when you have "Dark Sanctuary" Out freeing up your Spell/Trap Zone.
