SEMI-IMPORTANT STUFF

I used Photoshop CS during this tutorial, but the techniques used are almost universally applicable for any raster graphics editor that supports layers. I know for a fact it will work in the GIMP, and most previous versions of Photoshop. Probably Paintshop Pro, too. But I can't speak for other programs.

During the tutorial, I forgot to mention the point at which I outlined the stripes on the scarf. It's unimportant. You won't miss it. XD
