No they dont hurt now. They did hurt for about 3 weeks before they were fully heald but I've had them for ten years now so they feel just fine

They're implants. One time I saw a bald guy with spike implants on his head that actually want through his scalp, so he had like, metal Liberty Spikes, it was pretty BA.
