Not really so much a tutorial as it is how I do things personally. Following this thing requires basic knowledge of layers. I don't know why I bothered to make it... it's not like anybody actually USES version 7 anymore. Well... except for me.Part II is here: [link]

Hehe... Unortunatly, all I have is PSP7 with AS3. And MSPaint..
I think its better than some of the newer programs at times.:/

Not in that program I'm not. Maybe in something like painter, but in psp my lines would come out all pixelated.
