It´s a Benteveo or a great kiskadee (Pitangus sulphuratus). Very common in Argentina.

It lives from the southern US to the central region of Argentina (very common here), is the size of the woodpecker but yellow-breasted and has a white stripe on the head as a headband (adn not pecking the trees...)

Actually when I looked again I realised it wasn't a Woodpecker................pretty little bird.
