Description
Be sure to see the last version : Soft7 2.0- Use "Soft7" if you have your superbar on bottom or on the left
- Use "Soft7 on top" if you have your superbar on top or on the right
INSTALL :
1) FIRST, DOWNLOAD AND RUN THIS Universal Theme Patcher IN ADMINISTRATOR MODE (right-clic > "Run as administrator"), UAC must be turned off
After patch, restart computer to take effect
2) extract content ("Soft7 1.8.theme" & "Soft7 1.8" folder) into C:WindowsResourcesThemes
and double-click on Soft7 1.8.theme
Then restart Windows in order that everything takes effect !
To change your ExplorerFrame.dll :
Windows Theme Installer by Kishan-Bagaria
For 64bits Windows 7 :
Explorerframe.dll 64bits > "System32"
Explorerframe.dll 32bits > "SysWOW64"
MOST COMMON PROBLEMS have been fixed by :
>> Install the right patch I give above !
>> Install your graphic card drivers &/or updates them
>> Download the theme again (because you own an ancient version)
>> Read the description and comments fully and carefully !!

HOW TO CHANGE ICONS ON THE SUPERBAR :
First, place your shortcut on the desktop, change icon by : right-click > Properties > Change icons > browse..... > OK > OK
only then place this shortcut on the superbar,
and now it works.

I want to use this theme really bad but when I go to put the explorerframe.dll 64 bits and 32 bits in the system 32 and SysWOW64 folder it says I need permission to do this and won't let me. I am running windows 7 64 bit. I unlocked the super user for windows 7 using the command prompt and tried doing it this way since I should have permission for everything this way but It still gives me the same message (you need permission to continue) Please Help!!!

you can do it mannually! but there is a simple way to !! search google for ownership registry files !! dowload them !! add to registry!! now right click on explorerframe.dll n click on take ownership or any related option present in the context menu!! now you cn modify that file!!

Sir? could I ask how to take ownership on the explorerframe.dll? and Do I need only to replace the explorerframe.dll in System32 in x64, or do I need to replace the explorerframe.dll in SysWoW64 as well?? Because I'm having troubles on it. My Desktop seems to Hang and Lag, ever since I replace the explorerframe.dll. I need ur help ASAP.

Thanks for the heads up, I've reported it and I hope it will be as fast as last time (2 days ago...) to be deleted, he also stole the start orb.
I guess we now have to deal with this on deviantArt, luckily there are still people like you to act and tell the original authors
By the way, according to dA, the only one that can actually make a deviation deleted by report is the copyright owner of the work, so here I'm the one that must report it in order for actions to be taken, but I just hope that the more reports they get the faster they consider it and act.

Sure hope so, that guy is an asshole, he hides all the comments about the rip, than goes on my profile and talk shit about me, claiming that this would be a mod to your VS.
So I told him if it really was a mod than you would have given credit, since you didn't, it's a plain rip (also pretty sure he didn't change a thing but didn't check that).
His reply: AP-Graphik doesn't like people making mods of his work, so that's why I not included him.
Even if that was true, he simply didn't have the rights to actually upload it.
