Right now The Choice have gone to Season 3/4. We see this thanks to the comic Alicorn Problems" Where Twilight have turned into an Alicorn. Which means that we have now gone further down in time than the comics Time for a Visit. Between these two comics have Alex and Fluttershy dating and have done things over the time.
Alex and Fluttershy have been together fior a while now and FLuttershy is starting to feel that she wants to take their relationship further. But due to that Fluttershy is... "Shy" she havenΒ΄t asked yet and tt the same time Fluttershy and Alex have less time with each other due to problems in Equestria and Alex World.
Fluttershy wants to be with Alex more and more everyday, and by that I mean, Fluttershy will live with him, Start a family and spend her life with his. But that means Fluttershy have to ither marry Alex and stay in his world, or Ask Alex to stay with her in Equestria and marry him there.
This is a choice Fluttershy and Alex has to make.
