1) Fishing newt (Xiphosaurus cristatus): Large crested newt with a swordfish-like snout, from Eurasian rivers and lakes.

2) Fishpole (Probatrachus cyprinoides): neotenic anuran that reaches adulthood in tadpole stage. Inhabits high altitude lakes in the Eurafrican region, where fish are absent.

3) Electric salamander (Electrostoma tigris): neotenic carnivorous salamander from the wampy areas of the gulf of Mexico. It is able to emit electric discharges, to paralyze its prey before eating them.

4) Giant warty toad (Parabufo verrucosus): Giant poisonous toad from Sahul (Australia+New Guinea), evolved from the introduced cane toads.

5) Spider frog (Dendrohyla aranea): Hawaiian treefrog evolved from the introduced coqui frog.
