.... but the braclets were stronger than the gloves... if she could break that... then the gloves were only symbolic for the illusion of control.. therefore the gloves never really worked... it was really just Elsa suppressing it the whole time... so Hans is a failure no matter what.

Her feet does the weird ice rink thing, not blasting/frosting stuff.

I didn't say she blasted ice with her feet, I said she can create ice and snow with her feet; which she does as seen when she runs away and freezes the fjord β thus freezing all of Arendelle. Also, she solidifies the staircase from frost to ice with her feet in "Let it Go." She can control her powers with her feet as well as her hands.

The gloves were more of a psychological aide than are physical one. In the "Do You Want to Build a Snowman" sequence it's pretty clear that the gloves were not enough when she got frightened to the point she wouldn't let her father touch her. I rather doubt putting gloves on her before shackling her hands would have made any significant difference.

Exactly my point. Nothing can really limit her unless there was some kind of magic resistant metal in Frozen. Highly doubt that.
