I got impatient with this one so its not as detailed as I would have wanted it. Anyway, these are the official sizes of Godzilla(2014) and the two MUTOs I got from The Art of Destruction book. Here'a the quote from pg 82:"Godzilla would top out at 355 feet. The winged male MUTO from the power plant pit was around 300 feet. A second MUTO, born from a mythical Yucca Mountain nuclear waste site in Nevada, was a wingless female, but nearly as big as Godzilla at 340 feet."
I gave the heights in meters and as for the wingspan of the male MUTO, I haven't found it in the book yet but I would guesstimate at around 250 meter (the same as the largest wingspan of Mothra). Somebody update the Wikizilla pages. If anyone can draw a better version of this feel free to do so.

Those can't be the official sizes. The Male Muto was much smaller in the film.

That's what I got in the art book and it was spot on about Godzilla's official size (it was confirmed in other sources). It may be that I was using millimeters for meters and it isn't exactly proportional. Also, most of the male MUTO's height is in it's extra long legs.
