Very nice use of sunlight and grass. Those colours work very well together in this pic. I just don't like how plastic and blended the girl looks though, especially her hair. It looks like an overuse of the dodge tool in PS.

I love the whimsy of the photo- the golden light, the sweet girl, the feeling of the work. It's very beautiful. All of the little parts, like the bubbles and individual blades of grass really make the photo; they're wonderful support to the gorgeous girl on the bicycle.
