This gives me such a relaxing and laid-back feeling. Nicely done.

So deserving of that DD. My first impression is just awe. Sharp, yet soft color and art style makes that "vintage" look also feel very "fresh." Every other part of the setting also adds to this effect: the brick path through the green grass, the blue sky with whispy clouds, the presence of wind, and what immediately appears to be the ocean nearby (but is really grass). All of this sets a perfect surrealistic stage for the foreground, where this otherwise odd scene immediately is given a "dreamlike" mentality in which it all looks so natural.
In my opinion, the most effective components of the piece are the shadow of bicycle spokes on the path, which lends itself to the motion of the picture; and the carefree attitude of the girl who seems to just be embracing the breeze, which makes it even more "dreamlike," like riding the bike one-handed, having a popsicle in the other, her feet not being off the pedals, and paying absolutely no attention to the otherwise silliness of a cat blowing bubbles on the seat behind her.
