Here's a concept art for my animated project on Titanis walleri. In the epilogue, after the Titanis protagonist has succumbed to his wounds from the wolf attack, a Smilodon gracilis arrives and feeds on the corpse, meaning that the age of giant killer birds has concluded and the reign of sabretooth cats has started.

Like I said, the sabretooth cat will appear in the epilogue.
