I wanted to do some fan art, so I decided to do a picture of Raph meeting a kitten on a rainy night.
Raphael has been my favorite ninja turtle since I was small. He's hotheaded, strong and sarcastic (which I think is cool), but he also has a soft side, which becomes apparent when he's around animals and his brothers needs him. Although he complains a lot, he loves his brothers and is very protective them.
I think his anger issues and (hilarious) fear of cockroaches gives him depth. (And gets him into a lot of funny situations!)

Trust me: I did not start out like this - making mistakes and spending a lot of time practicing is the only way to get better.
And I put a LOT of time into my drawings! (and making mistakes..)

Touch and Go. From TMNT 2k03 to 2k09. Mrs. Morrison, the old, blind, lady who Raphael met. She had a white cat, adopted from the streets as a kitten, named Lucy, who took a liking to Raph!
