This one is called Another Code: Two Memories. It's about The girl above called Ashley, who goes to this island to find her long-lost dad, and on the way she this ghost boy called D and a side- quest is to solve his murder.

It's a really fun point-and-click game, if you have a Nintendo DS you should pick it up.
