Actually, there are such a thing as marine worms. Many of them are annelid worms, the same group that includes earthworms.
Such examples include the varied bristle worms.

Sponges that are alive underwater without soaking up said water. We left logic in the dust, the moment the damn bet that started this show was made. (Some guy bet the creator couldn't make a show about a sponge. He lost that bet.)
