Yeah they nerfed her pretty hard, as part of their asinine solution for making her viable for hero league they succeeded in the opposite.

People keep trying to build into Snipe for her; but I feel she can almost be viable with a pinning shot build. Dunno though, I feel she never -really- fit into hero league all that well.
