Okay, so we have a long winter here in Germany, cold and with lots of snow. Fortunately, this weekend is a tad milder, before temperatures are going to drop again during the next week. In spite of the weather, Acis tingitana, a typical midwinter bloomer from the northwestern parts of Africa, has started flowering, at a sheltered place.

Hm, das ist kein Schneeglöckchen aber was sehr ähnliches. Die Schneeglöckchen sind hier immer noch ziemlich begraben unterm Neuschnee, und die Acis auf dem Bild seit letzter Nacht leider auch wieder ...
