for the looks of the time logo, I wonder if this is Time Master, the new character that the Miraculous Core teased.

he can't be a akumatize villain, Dylan Cerise has just got the butterfly miraculous. and I wonder if he's the one who calls the flash when seeing her?

my guess is, this Time Master is a genuine super villain and perhaps he's going to pounce Marinette for violation of time, space and reality.
