100 THEME CHALLENGE ~(#24) Rocks Arn't the SameI wanted to draw Austin again. in modern time he is officially a Lucario, but the PMD comic takes place when he was 15, so he remains a riolu there.
I used a lot of google pictures for the background, so i can't take FULL credit for this.
