Okay so I'm very sorry if this experience was a let down, I know a lot of Deadspace fans were probably expecting some kind of crossover adventure on the USG Ishimura, and seemed to interpret that I was foreshadowing that kind of thing in a previous page. I never intended that, I am just a guy with very limited resources trying to visually simulate a joined universe.

So why did I take this path instead of doing a full fledged Deadspace adventure? Well my line of thinking was for this comic to introduce new heroes with every comic. With this one I intended on only doing the Shepards and than I realised... that they're dead. There's not much story I can do around that until they wake up which I'm not prepared to do yet for various reasons, so that's not very interesting, the Vindicates are still basically just Samus and Rhodey Stark for this comic. Vindicates #4 is going to have a horror theme, and I do intend on doing it properly without the shortcuts I took for this one. Also I need to get more characters in to have more dialogue options and to create better, more interesting stories.

And yes, this is the last page of this comic for now, unless you guys beg me in the comments (and I mean a lot of you, c'mon you lurkers, show some love) for a few more pages, because I'll admit I slacked it on this one and it's very short. Also I forgot to put in "to be continued" or anything to indicate that it is the last page... I could do one final bonus render of Isaac in the Watchtower with the others as pure fan service OR a couple of them, and do dialogue of them talking to produce more pages, I haven't decided yet and I'd like your guys input. The only reason I'm considering doing this is because like I said I already have an Isaac model rigged and ready to use, but the more time I spend on that the less time I get to do other things, like preparation for the next comic, which I will try to go all out on.

EDIT: Oh and ANOTHER thing, I know that the ending to Deadspace is pretty divided upon, I mean I did my research, but it seems that since Deadspace 2 came out we can assume that it was his mind and not a real Necromorph Nicole at the end of Deadspace 1, because #1 he survived and #2 she's a thing in his head for most of #2.

So why did I make her a real Necromorph here? Because it suits the story I'm trying to tell more haha

I made all the environments/structures (in selected panels only for this page, you should be able to tell which) and effects myself, characters in these scenes were not modelled by me I just rigged, posed and rendered them. Also modified them a little bit. The reason I mix modelling and texturing myself with using other peoples models, instead of just sticking to one or the other is because modelling everything myself would be inefficient and take too long, and I don't use third party stuff only because I wouldn't find everything I needed.
