He's tiptoeing on one foot but he doesn't want us all to discover his love of ballet.
This is an European white stork (Ciconia ciconia): really, though, they can be found in Africa, India and other places too, depending on the season. These lovely migratory birds form flocks consisting of thousands of individuals. They have been found to squeeze moss with their beaks to provide water for their chicks.
