Bio-Woman
Real Name: Ollie
Powers: Science Attuned / Superior Mutant Physiology ; Genetic Mutation ; Bio-Augmentation ; Chemical Absorption ; Enhancing Mutation ; Regenerative Healing Factor ; Physical Augmentation and Muscle Mass Enhancement ; All of which allows Ollie able to grow and shrink specific body parts instead of just the entire body overall such as their muscles or limbs which therefor Ollie is able to utilize while fighting, granting them impressive selection of offensive and defensive abilities depending on Ollie's inventiveness with their size i.e. Size Combat . Plus Ollie's flesh has properties similar to lead, which contains the radioactive energy that's inside their body so the people around them don't contract Radiation Poisoning. This also grants Ollie the power of Radiation Immunity .

(---"The young orphan known as Ollie was a mischievous 13-year-old boy who is known for his love of anything he considers to be awesome. He was very hyperactive and often causes chaos throughout his hometown, but just as often proves himself to be extremely clever what with all the ways he evades trouble after causing havoc. Ollie loves having fun, playing and goofing up as any child likes; though he can be irresponsible, as well as his refusal to work hard or to put effort into anything that could be considered "appropriate behavior" since he doesn't have parents or a legal guardian to keep him on the straight and narrow.

However one day, his antics ended up causing a lot more trouble then normal as he was chased by a group of bullies who wanted to inflict vengence on him for a prank Ollie had done to them. So Ollie was chased across the city for over an hour until he was out the city limits and in the woods where after several more minutes of chasing, found himself cornered at a cliff that overlooked a lake that was next to a nuclear power plant. And this pond was contaminated with glowing green toxic waste.

So when the bullies were closing in on him, the edge of the cliff Ollie was standing on gave way from Ollie's weight and the boy fell backwards off the cliff straight into the contaminated water below with the last thing Ollie saw before being submerged was the bullies looking down at him in horror.

Ollie struggled to get back to the surface even though he was a boiyant as a brick, but he felt his body warp and twist as the toxic waste saturated his body and begun to mutate him, causing him to experience a great deal of pain as his flesh and bones were mutating before he blacked out.

However as Ollie was inside the slime ball, a rainbow-colored portal opened up beneath him and he fell through it before it closed itself.

The ball of slime Ollie was in fell for several minutes before it finally ended up in The Super-Sagasso Sea , specifically in the middle of The Broken Wastes where the ball splattered on the desert floor. Though his arrival did not go unnoticed as a drifter happened to have come across the blob of slime as it exited the portal. That drifter being The SHIELD Bearer known as Jericho , who was on his horse at the time.

Jericho got off his horse and approached the blob carefully since the blob was still glowing green. Until it slowly faded away into a brown sludge that started to spread out over the ground and off of the person inside of it. And what came out of that slime wasn't a 13-year old boy, but an 18-year old woman with glowing green veins, long green & blonde hair, wearing ratty boy clothes that were rather small on her body as she laid on the ground and cough up a lot of the slime that was in her lungs. She opened her eyes just a crack, looking up towards Jericho with her glowing green eyes as if pleading for him to help her as she reached towards him before falling back unconcious.

Jericho thought about just leaving the woman behind and continuing on his way, but luckily his concience won out as he gingerly picked up the woman and placed her on his horse as he rode towards the near-by settlement of Silver Gulch.

After their arrival, Jericho transported Ollie to a local hospital where she gets looked over by the doctors. And when Ollie wakes up, they find themselves dressed in a hospital gown and they quickly noticed that their body was completely different then what she remembers, causing her to start panicking. One of the doctors and a nurse quickly entered the room as they tried to calm her down. It sorta works, but Ollie was clearly stressed out about what's going on. The doctor quickly explains that someone found her in the middle of the desert and they brought her to the hospital.

The doctor and nurse both started to asks Ollie questions. Like who she was, where she came from and what she remembers before she woke up in the hospital. And the two were surprised to hear that this "Woman" was actually a orphaned teenage boy who fell into a lake that was contaminated by radioactive waste after being chased by a group of bullies. Though Ollie "Conveniently" left out the reason WHY she was being chased in the first place. Now you'd think the doctors would think that this story was all nonsense, but considering what they see in their line of work along with the fact that Ollie was wearing boys clothes that were small on her, her story was entirely plausible to them.

So the doctor allowed Ollie to rest in the hospital for the night since she clearly needed it. And the nurse provided a small booklet for Ollie to read during her stay. It was a guidebook that summed up the basic information about the new reality that Ollie ended up in, though mostly information about The Broken Wastes. The nurse gave it to Ollie so that she could at least have an idea of what she's in for after she exits the hospital and tries to get herself situated. Though considering Ollie's actual age and former gender, there could be some issues to tackle. Especially with how Ollie is gonna survive actually living in Silver Gulch, let alone the rest of the Broken Wastes.

Though fortunately for Ollie, someone did volunteer to look after her until she's ready to go about on her own. That person being Jericho, who'll probably be the one to help also train Ollie with how to use her powers properly since it was discovered later on that she could actually bulk herself up and change size."---)

You guys ever heard about Marvel's Rage ? The character who is actually under 18 but was mutated by toxic waste as a teen to become a mid 30s superpowered man? That one character whose not only a reserve Avengers member but is also a recurring member of The New Warriors?

Well that's who was the main inspiration for Bio-Woman here. Only the main differences are what that 13 year old boy becomes upon exposure to toxic waste and the powers they gained. That and I took some inspiration from Darkstalker's Victor in terms of Bio-Woman's fighting style.
