I had to do this when I saw the latest sequential art of 's OCsAND OMG YOU GOTTA SEE WHAT HAPPENS NEXT! --> Comic 2016 - Playing With The Big Boys Now
EDIT: Now also part of Chronicles of Indignity /EDIT
It was also a way to practice some different horsey poses (the first one of the head down eating always had me terrified to try again - in the past it looked like a giraffe!!) and maybe expressions. I still need to work on it but this was a good learning experience.

Lol!!! This is hilarious!! Especially in the context of Sleyf's comic- I love this project that you guys are working on!
I smiled at all the flicks and swishes and I laughed at Gabriel's terrified screaming and running about. Again, your ability to draw animals both normal and fantastical is so impressive!
I loved the last image- Swift's fiery mane is truly a wonder to behold!

Thank you!! She did such a fantastic job with the follow-up strip too!! She and I were just discussing it ended up being an unintentional project and there's no fluid storyline Gabe and Swift just get into trouble (though Swift would argue it's Gabe that gets into trouble and he is stuck rescuing the imbecile). Still, if under pressure I'll claim Sleyf started it

There was Swift, minding his own business with his fabulous mane (which is fabulouse by the way) - when out of nowhere came the sounds of distress
'What's the, Sister Owl? Gabriel fell down the well again? I can't understand you when you speak so fast! Take a breath and calm down'
HOOT HOOT.
Hilden is yelling 'JUST LET ME LOVE YOU!" 
He should have totally spat the grass in Hilden's face - patooey. Swift looks so great though, especially in that third picture where the angle is from behind.
I have the perfect image in mind of Hilden's response, and you can probably imagine it if you think of 'owl threat display"

Yep, but only in like, one panel and...stylised lol - I like to imagine that characters all live in a combined world where they all interact when not being written elsewhere
