Description
I started a new playthrough after having finished Trespasser (I won't spoil anything just in case XD ) and decided to romance Solas.Since in my two previous playthrough I romanced Cullen, it was pretty hard to resist this time XD

I always go for my Mr. Google (Solas) and he breaks my heart each time and there is where the self made smut pictures
of Solas comes from. Must have him! XD

He's a great character and this is what is great about that game, I wouldn't choose Solas naturally but others would. Thay managed to create such different characters that appeal everybody

I understand you xD It nearly broke my heart to see him in my Surana and Alistair's weeding (I think it came with a mod, though, but it was so sad...) and being forced to ignore him in II, even if I had a handful of emo Anders, was really cruel.

In nexus mods there are a lot of things like that. Added scenes, improved sex scenes, fixes for dialog mistakes, even one that allows you to marry Alistair even if you're not a Cousland, and it translates that to both Awakening and II, so your warden will be referred as the queen in both. (In Inquisition is a bit more difficult and requires some code messing, but it's possible.)
The only disadvantage is that made of then work in a way that if your game isn't english all the dialogues with any relation with what the mods change will be translated to english. (Not that that's a problem for me, but at the time I was recordind my play with the purpose of showing it to a friend who doesn't speak english, so I had to keep my game in Spanish, I only could use the wedding scene and the queen one.)

It was beautiful (well, all the beautiful that can be a scene when the man kisses her bride in the forehead because she is an elf and is too short to reach his mouth, like all the romantic scenes in this game...) but I couldn't help but think that I wouldn't be there if I were him.

I have never had this problem, I do prefer particular characters, not going to say who, but when I say I'm going to romance someone, I do it.

It's ridiculous. Especially after Haven. In order to NOT romance him during my Solas playthrough, I had to literally just ignore Cullen interactions. Because I cannot be trusted.

Fenris was just perfect for me as soon as I first played the game. I try to do all the romances, but when I meet Fenris and he's all "And now he wishes his precious investment returned, even if he must rip it from my corpse." And that flirt option appears and I... just... have... to... click it... "Seems like a waste of a perfectly handsome elf." And then he does that awkward laugh, and I'm just gone. Sorry Isabela. Wait till next playthrough. I have to romance the sexy elf man again for the seventh time.
