Continuing our Kancolle fest! Here comes the speedy destroyer Shimakaze?(Eh? You say why she is not the first one in this fest for being the fastest?) I always find her with Rensouhou-chan are probably one of the best designed character in the whole Kancolle franchise :3 (Who needs Companion Cube when you have Rensouhou-chan, don't you agree?)This week we feature another new team artist: Liyun(栗羊)
