dig deeper in yourself.but what if i find nothing?

the wall i've built
inside of me.
the only one who can

there is a world
of things undiscovered,
hiding in empty spaces
and heartbeats.

sometimes,
i go to stadiums
hoping that i'll get lost
in the sounds,
the voices and shouts and
screams, until i'm not afraid,
not sad. not me. until i'm only
there
.
and then, maybe,
things will be alright.

and so far, i have found
trees dead in winter,
fog-filled dreams,
ice melting and day
breaking
.
do you think i'll ever find hope and
happiness
in myself?
you won't know
until you look.

Ahh, I can't even tell you how much I can relate to this. I often find myself looking for who I am, too.
And when they ask me who am I usually find that too troubling of a question.

Although in my case, I sometimes find people that don't really break through it. They just find the door to get passed it.
It's scary, but on the other hand, sometimes I'm glad they found the door. At least they didn't mash into that wall.

well, some people would want to, that's true. But when you can see through people, that door is easily found, I guess.
Although I won't let people force that door if they found it, if I don't want them to come through.
