Bio: Commander Walker is a former US Army turned Task Force commander for the Earth Protection Force. He was there when the Kraang invaded New York and other invasions. He is on good terms with Bishop and even respects the Turtles and Rainbooms. He usually leads the EPF Unit when they become involved New York's affairs. He would even give Leo advice on being a leader, as he's had years of experience.
