Okay, let me explain. I would never rip a style. Style-stealing is just.. low and defeats the purpose of this whole art community. You're supposed to strive to get your own style, and that's what makes each person here unique and gives them recognition, if it's refined real well.
The only one I'd agree with you in this, would be the picture of Crystal (middle left). Just because she has a thin muzzle and long eyelashes, which are characteristic of Frisket's style.
My eye style is similar to hers, yes. I've always been bothered by the fact that we both generally draw thin muzzles, and eyes with a similar style. Plus, we both have the haunch-feathers in sitting down positions.. if you know what I'm talking about.
The haunch feathers.. actually influenced by a piece by . I don't know where it is now, but it was a sitting picture of her character Setsuzou, which was one of my favorites I'd ever seen back when I saw it years ago.
It's all purely coincidental, I promise you. I really don't want anyone thinking I would rip a style. And I HAVE thought about the similarities between some aspects of our styles before, many times, because around the beginning of this year I just started noticing it in certain pictures of mine, and have felt really uneasy about that but didn't know what to do. I didn't think anyone else noticed because no has spoken up, so I just haven't said anything about it. I have considered it, in case people have noticed but are just silent about it. I really don't want people to think I'm a style-ripper, because I would NEVER be.. style theft is just incredibly lame and I have no idea why anyone does it. As I said, it defeats the purpose of art and this community entirely.
If you knew me, you'd know I'm a really honest person. So I just hope you don't think I'm making things up. And anyone else reading this, if anyone, for that matter.
