The shortcuts are a little weird but that's probably what's been throwing me off the most coming from Photoshop. Otherwise it's pretty similar to painting with sai and photoshop. The brushes are really flexible and customizable, I just haven't taken the time to really figure the system out. The ui compares to PS in terms of complexity. All around there isn't that much different.
