Well I tried. DX Didn't try anything complex since can't draw anime well enough yet. So very simple mind you! likes Neji a lot and I thought, I've never tried drawing him and well here you go. XD; So I guess I could say a little gift for her. Though I got something else for her. Hope I drew him right though. MS Paint once again.Neji (C) His creator

Well, it's a start. One area that needs improvement is the eyes. The coloring isn't bad though, and I do like how the hair came out. You should look at some references/tutorials to help you improve.
By the way, you might want to look into a program called GIMP. It can do a lot more than MS Paint can, and best of all it's free!
