Description
After much debate, I decided I really wanted to try out a few new things with my art style. Mostly, using the airbrush tool for lines and shading rather than the pen tool and linework coloring. I have really loved the way both look in other people's art and finally decided to give it a shot. Im honestly really happy with the result! I also decided to try out a new eye style, since apparently I have a bad habit of giving all my characters bedroom eyes |D;;;;Anyway, let me know what you think!

I do like this style? The lines and shading seems for me less clear, but the colours are more... How could I put it...? Bright? I don't know, but they do stick out more compared to your previous art style, though it's just how I feel it ^^'.
I need to try to find some stuff myself, I'm trying to find nice ways to do shading and colours, but I just don't have the time to look for Sai tutorials or get deep into the options ^^'.
So yeah, I might steal that method of yours later lol

Yeah the shading is supposed to blend more this way! The colorsΒ are exactly the same actually! But the colored lines make the colors pop more I think? Idek lol.
Honestly, I just mess with the tools on my own or watch various speedpaints of things!

Yeah I noticed the colours by themselves are the same, but clearly, they doesn't give the same feeling. The colored lined could be a good reason for that (At least I hope so, since it's why I use them myself lol!).
Well there aren't one thousands ways of testing the stuff, that's for sure ^^. I do both of them, and also watch Uren when she is doing lives of her drawing with Sai, it's really interesting, and compensate on how I don't find the time to look for new ways myself ^^'.

Ahh thanks! Yeah I used the Airbrush tool in SAI instead of the pen tool!
