Description
This is a bigger sized dragon image opposed to my other ones. Decided to see what that would be like. I think it turned out rather well.I wasn't sure if this dragon represented on guarding how people look at them selves or an artist being deserted and left lost with their art. Anyway...

Lol thanks. It may help that I seem to submit every 6 months, so I have longer time for changes. I see this as a finished work, but also a guninea pig of sorts. I have a few more I will colour later of the same size. And what can I say, I LOVE dragons!

I really like the way the tail is coiled around the rock and also the colour scheme of the dragon.
Co you draw things first or just draw them straight on the computer?

I draw by hand. Take a close look at it. All those lines defining the scales, image on the rock etc are all hand drawn and scanned in. Then I coloured in on computer. I never get good lines on the computer so all my work originates from hand drawn imagery.

Thank you ^^ He sure was a lot of work for a test subject. He also was done after the others and took some time to get the background to sit nice. What do you think worked better in this one opposed to the others? Just for future dragons.

I think I like the head on 'Guardian of the Spirit House' more (something's off center about this one, here) - but I think I like it for the pose and the designs on the tail. ^^
