I see grass. I hate trying to do grass. I've been at it for a year and I just can't make it stop looking like blotches of paint. I won't lie, I've seen better surface work than this, but you're still improving and you've come far, so just keep it up. I'd recommend a larger image size, maybe 800x600 or 1024x768 (standard wallpaper sizes). I'd also be interested to see how you'd do a sunset or stormy scene or something. Try for some variation with the sky.
