I do not have the passing, so when my friend told me that bill was dead i was gutted.

Does anyone else treat his assault rifle like a sacred relic in The Passing? I drop whatever weapon I am carrying just to grab his weapon and use it against those who dared to kill him. I miss Bill... no survivor can take his place in my heart, not even the likable Ellis.

I hate the fact that valve tossed bill off in a side room no one goes into...and personaly i don't use his gun...I think of it like graverobbing.

I always pictured Bill dying while fighting a tank, tank grabs Bill, Bill pulls a Pipe-Bomb and punches the tank in the face as the bomb goes off.

I thought it would be Louis because the Left 4 Dead series kind of takes on what real zombie films are like, and typically for whatever reason the black person is always killed off first, so I thought it would be Louis.

If you use Bill's gun, you find that it is the most powerful one of it's type. I believe that at the moment of his death at the hands of VAMPIRES, his soul escaped into his gun, so he would have the chance to help kill zombies for the rest of his existance. Since that day, Bill's M-60 has been the most saught after artifact in all of history.
